KongZhong, a mobile Internet company in China, announced that it has entered into an amendment to the share purchase agreement with Shanghai Dacheng Network Technology (Dacheng) and its shareholders (which was previously announced in the company's press release wholesale colthing on December 15), which includes the entering into certain business cooperation agreements among Dacheng, its shareholders and one of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries.
